We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our Health and Social Care team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the community by providing essential legal support in the health and social care sector. The successful candidate will work closely with our legal team to ensure the highest quality of care and legal service is delivered to our clients.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist solicitors in the preparation of cases, including gathering and analysing research data, drafting legal documents, and preparing reports.
  • Attend client meetings and take detailed notes to aid case preparation and management.
  • Manage correspondence with clients and other parties, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Maintain and organise case files to ensure information is stored and retrieved efficiently.
  • Support the team in ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of court forms and bundles and may accompany solicitors to court when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Law degree or equivalent qualification in legal studies.
  • Previous experience as a Paralegal, ideally within health and social care law.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
