We are searching for an energetic highly organised Account Manager or Project Manager to assist with the delivery of the Learning and Development programmes. This person will have a can do attitude, be a great planner, have a friendly and easy-going attitude and a passion for delivering a professional service. If you have a creative marketing, events or project management background, ideally within an agency, and you love to embrace challenges, this role may be for you.
As the Account Manager/Programme Manager your role will involve:
  • Project Management and Planning
  • Liaising with clients pre and post programme scheduling
  • Diary Management
  • Scheduling project work across the year
  • Preparing materials for L&D
  • Compiling and summarising post programme feedback documents
  • Working with the team on creating, planning and executing proposals and identify new business within your own client portfolio
  • Overseeing sales forecasts
  • Ensuring expenses are captured.
  • Preparing invoices
  • Supporting with marketing campaigns, ensuring the CRM system is up to date.
  • General administration

  • This role would suit someone such as a project manager/events manager from a commercial environment.
