As the Account Manager/Programme Manager your role will involve:
- Project Management and Planning
- Liaising with clients pre and post programme scheduling
- Diary Management
- Scheduling project work across the year
- Preparing materials for L&D
- Compiling and summarising post programme feedback documents
- Working with the team on creating, planning and executing proposals and identify new business within your own client portfolio
- Overseeing sales forecasts
- Ensuring expenses are captured.
- Preparing invoices
- Supporting with marketing campaigns, ensuring the CRM system is up to date.
- General administration
