Support 3 Established Advisers - Boutique IFA
Our client, a boutique independent wealth planning firm based in Farnham, is seeking a Senior Paraplanner to join their dynamic team. This firm offers comprehensive, whole-of-market financial advice to high-net-worth (HNW) retirees, accumulators, local families, and SME owners, primarily across Surrey and the surrounding home counties. Clients have varying levels of assets, with top clients holding over £1 million. The firm provides a wide range of services, including pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, retirement planning, protections (both personal and business), and esoteric schemes such as VCT & EIS.

The Managing Director is introducing a new role for a Senior Paraplanner. In this position, you will:
- Occasionally attend client meetings with advisers
- Serve as the primary technical expert and main contact for report writing and complex cases
- Work closely with advisers on technical cases, providing genuine input into the advice given
- Collaborate with the MD on the best course of action for each case, beyond merely writing Suitability Reports
This role is ideal for a Level 4 qualified Paraplanner, preferably working towards or already holding Chartered Status. Long-term aspirations to become an adviser are supported for the right candidate.
