Private Client Solicitor (6-8 PQE) - Farnham / CamberleyA well-established and highly respected law firm with offices in Farnham and Camberley is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (6-8 PQE) to join its thriving team.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and ambitious solicitor to take a leading role within the firm's expanding private client department, advising on a broad range of matters for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.The Role:The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, including:

• Wills, trusts, and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
• Tax and succession planning
• Advising high-net-worth clients on complex wealth preservation strategies

This position offers the chance to work with a high-quality client base, develop strong professional relationships, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the department.The Ideal Candidate:

• 6-8 years PQE in private client work
• Expertise in estate planning, trust administration, and inheritance tax matters
• A strong technical knowledge with a client-focused approach
• Experience managing a caseload with minimal supervision
• Membership of STEP (or working towards qualification) would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and business development skills
