About the Role:

RecQuest is delighted to represent a well-established law firm with offices in Hampshire and Surrey, renowned for delivering specialist legal services tailored to individual client needs. Their thriving residential conveyancing department is expanding and seeks an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their team in either Haslemere or Petersfield.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload within a busy residential property department.

  • Provide comprehensive property advice to a wide range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals.

  • Work independently while contributing to and benefiting from a strong property team.

  • Build and maintain professional contacts to promote and develop property work.

Role Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.

  • Proven track record of handling a busy and varied caseload effectively.

  • Strong client-focused approach, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
