• Establish and lead the Family Law Department, setting its strategy and direction.
• Manage a varied caseload, including divorce and financial settlements, cohabitation disputes, private children matters, and pre/post-nuptial agreements.
• Work alongside other departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
• Bring and develop a client base, leveraging the firm's strong regional presence.
• Build and grow a team, ideally with the ability to bring another experienced family lawyer.

The Ideal Candidate

• A senior family lawyer, ideally a Partner or senior Associate, with a client following.
• Extensive experience handling complex family law matters with a strong reputation in the field.
• The ability to bring a fellow family team member to support the department's development, would be desirable.
• A commercially minded approach, with the ambition to grow a thriving practice.
• Strong leadership, networking, and client relationship management skills.
