About Our Client They are a dynamic legal practise seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to enhance their Property department. This role is initially to cover maternity leave but presents an exciting opportunity to help establish and grow their conveyancing department in Gatwick. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships within the community, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:As a key member of their team, you'll manage a diverse caseload of residential transactions, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold matters
  • Shared ownership
  • New builds
  • Sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Lease extensions
  • Equity release
  • Collaborating with clients and external professionals

Who You Are:They are seeking a candidate with:

  • A minimum of 2 years' PQE as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx), or licenced Conveyancer (CLC)
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong networking skills to support department development
  • Proficiency in case management systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
