Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assist solicitors in managing caseloads of private client files, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax Planning, and elderly client matters.
  • Help prepare legal documents and correspondence related to case preparation and management.
  • Conduct legal research and provide support on complex cases.
  • Maintain and organise client files to ensure they are updated and managed efficiently.
  • Participate in client meetings and help in preparing meeting summaries.
  • Contribute to the team’s business development and networking efforts to enhance the firm’s profile.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience as a paralegal, preferably in private client or similar practice areas.
  • Strong understanding of Wills and Inheritance law is advantageous.
