My Financial client are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Support Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments within the organization. You will be the backbone of our day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, effective communication, and timely completion of tasks. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this position is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff across different departments.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Manage and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital).
  • Prepare, format, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring prompt responses.
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of office activities and operations.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
  • Support with financial tasks such as processing invoices and managing expense reports.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and clients as needed.
  • Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining databases.
  • Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mail management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or business support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Line management experience
