Your new companyOur client is a not-for-profit organisation based near Farnham. They are currently seeking a PA / Office Manager to be based in their head office. Your new roleThis is a varied role. You will be providing PA support to the CEO, CFO and Senior Management team with diary management, event organising, dealing with correspondence, board packs and meeting arranging. You will be the key minute taker for all leadership meetings. You will also liaise with Trustees and other external stakeholders. You will be responsible for the administration of the head office, working closely with teams across the region. You will have one direct report and two dotted line reports of admin staff. As Administration Manager, you will also be responsible for managing processes and procedures, dealing with HR admin, compliance admin and document management. There is lots of scope to make the role your own and develop it over time. Working in a small but busy team, you will have autonomy to set up your own processes and ensure the smooth running of the office and administration functions.What you'll need to succeedYou will need to have strong minute-taking skills. Previous experience of managing a member of staff or overseeing their work Some PA experience would be ideal. Strong background in administration or office management Can do attitude and enjoy the variety of a role in a smaller organisation.
