Your Next Job – What You’ll Be Doing:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a leadership role within my client’s growing commercial team. Based in Farnham, you’ll be managing multiple high-value residential projects, overseeing cost control, valuations, and financial planning from start to finish. You’ll work closely with the Head of Commercial, providing strategic input and ensuring the commercial success of each project.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take the lead on projects, mentor junior team members, and liaise directly with clients to ensure the highest standards are met. This is a dynamic role offering significant autonomy and the chance to work on some of the most luxurious residential properties in the region.
