- Provide technical advice and support to contractors and internal teams, particularly related to DALI systems and controls.
- Address technical questions and challenges from the field, including inquiries regarding cabling, system setups, and troubleshooting.
- Oversee project progress from a technical standpoint, ensuring that the latest drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements are met.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all tasks align with the overall programme of works.
- Organize and conduct toolbox talks for site teams, ensuring safety and proper technical understanding of project elements.
- Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure proper scheduling, resource allocation, and technical compliance.
- Ensure that the technical side of panel wiring projects for hotels is managed efficiently and within specification.
- Support the launch and development of the Multiload Spectrum product range for the lower-end market, ensuring technical alignment and implementation across projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of DALI systems, controls, and related technologies.
- Experience in project coordination or a technical support role within construction or electrical projects.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to provide solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CP Electronics RAPID system or similar control systems is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of panel wiring projects or electrical systems is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to project management and problem-solving.
- Office-Based (Flexible): The role is office-based, with flexibility depending on location.
- You must be able to work from the office at least 3 days a week to stay closely aligned with ongoing projects.
- Occasional travel required, including 1 day a week on-site in London.
