Job Title: Fabricator / Welder - Sheet Metal
Location: Leeds
Salary: £28,500
Schedule: 4-Day Work Week (Mon-Thurs, 9.5 hours, Start Time: Between 6 AM - 7:30 AM)

About the Role:
Step into an exciting opportunity in the healthcare sector! As a Fabricator / Welder, you will be involved in fabricating and welding components essential for the production of medical devices. This unique role offers a competitive salary and a balanced work schedule with a 4-day work week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on aluminium and steel materials
- Drill, bend, and polish metal components
- Create bespoke items tailored for the healthcare industry
- Read and interpret technical drawings accurately
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fabrication role
- Proficient in MIG welding techniques
- Strong understanding of technical drawings
- Ability to work on custom projects
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a new industry
