Welder (MIG/ TIG)
Working Days: Monday to Friday - Day Shift
Pay Rate: Competitive and dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and TIG welding tasks on various materials, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components based on technical drawings and specifications.
- Operate welding machines and tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and structural integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production deadlines and project goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any welding-related issues as they arise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding, with a solid understanding of fabrication techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in welding and metal fabrication.
- Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
