Sous Chef
The Anchor is looking to recruit a Sous Chef who has experience in high volume, high performance kitchens who is looking to make the next step in their career with our head Chef Jordan Mallory.
Full time position, working week Wednesday to Sunday, weekend work is an essential part of this position
Duties & Responsibilities as a Sous Chef
- Assist & Support the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen
- Assisting with the ordering of, close management of stock & labour efficiency
- Ensuring all Health & Hygiene procedures are implemented & continually adhered to
- Competent & confident in training new staff
- Ability to learn & understand new cooking techniques
As a Sous Chef, in return you will receive:
- a competitive salary up to 28,000 depending on experience
