Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and develop junior audit staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing insightful recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Qualified: A professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in auditing within a public accounting firm.
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
