Key Responsibilities:

Lead Audit Engagements: Plan, execute, and complete audit assignments for a variety of clients, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and develop junior audit staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing insightful recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Qualified: A professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent is required.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in auditing within a public accounting firm.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
