HR Advisor

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join our Clients team and support the business with all aspects of HR. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic work environment where you can make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and best practices.
- Handle HR administration, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
- Support learning and development initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Contribute to HR projects, including employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an HR Advisory role or similar.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CIPD qualification (Level 3/5) or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
