Key Responsibilities - Marketing Account Manager:
- Leading client briefings and ensuring a clear understanding of client needs
- Managing projects from concept to delivery, ensuring all milestones are achieved
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Overseeing and mentoring an Account Executive, providing guidance and support
- Collaborating with creative and strategy teams to deliver exceptional results
About You:
- Previous experience in an Account Management role within an agency setting is crucial.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate junior team members
- Excellent communication skills, both with clients and internally
