- BARR Personnel is recruiting HGV Class 1 Day/Night and Tramper Drivers for an ongoing contract in Felixstowe, with the potential for full-time employment.
- Drivers will have their own vehicle and work Monday to Friday, with day shifts starting from 04:00 to 16:00 and night shifts from 17:00 to 03:00.
- The role requires a minimum of 2 years of HGV Class 1 (CAT C+E) license, along with a drivers CPC card and a digital tachograph card.
- Candidates must have no serious conviction codes on their driving license and possess good communication skills and delivery experience.
- The position offers guaranteed overtime after 10 hours, holiday pay, and a uniform, with immediate start available.
Minimum standards required are the following;
hgv class 1 licence (CAT C+E) (held for at least 2 years for insurance purposes)
drivers CPC card
digital tachograph card
no DR, DD, DG or IN Conviction codes on driving licence
good communication skill with other colleagues on site
safety boots and hi-viz
delivery experience is essential
