Customer Service Advisor Office based, Felixstowe, Suffolk

Full-time, Long term Temporary position, Monday to Friday, 0800-1700

Were seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be part of a dynamic and growing company in the Freight industry. This will be working with a multi-award winning company and the UKs largest provider of their sector. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about customer service and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Role:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer matters, providing a high standard of customer service.
  • Effective communication between customers, colleagues and other offices.
  • Assist, analyze and effectively communicate solutions to customers.
  • Receive and process bookings within an agreed timescale.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the customer and advising where necessary.
  • Communicating via multiple methods, such as Telephone and email.
  • Undertake any other appropriate tasks as deemed necessary.

Requirements:

  • Able to communicate effectively via Telephone and email
  • Willingness to learn new systems and undertake training
  • Previous experience in acustomer service, office based environment
  • Able to organize and prioritise workloads
