Time Appointments are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established client based in Felixstowe, who are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Import Coordinator to strengthen their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with Ocean Imports experience to join a well-known company with opportunities to progress.

Skills & Experience Required: :

  • Proven Ocean Imports experience, with knowledge of customs clearance procedures
  • Competence in submitting additional customs documentation, certificates, or licences
  • Knowledge of Tariffs
  • Experienced in the use of role related software including Destin8, CNS and Multifreight
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications, with the ability to deliver best in class customer service
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to successfully manage and find solutions for complex and unexpected situations
  • A strong work ethic with focus on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player, self-driven with a positive attitude

The successful will be responsible for handling the ocean import shipments from origin to destination whilst delivering first class customer care.
