• Manage import and export entries with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service through effective email communication.
• Liaise with our German office to complete the import processes once the UK export is finalised.
• Handle the accounting and rating of jobs to ensure timely invoicing and accuracy.
• Stay updated on customs regulations and compliance to provide informed guidance.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.

• Proven experience in customs clearance, import, and export processes (minimum of 2 years preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of UK/EU customs regulations and procedures.
• Strong IT skills, particularly with customs declaration software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and partners.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Competitive salary ranging from £23,500 to £30,000, depending on experience.
