A growing Container Logistics business is seeking a Head of Operations to lead and motivate their site and staff.
The role involves managing a team of drivers, office staff, and transport planners, requiring an experienced leader with a proven track record in managing P&L and budgets.
Candidates must possess a Management CPC to oversee the O'License and have experience planning a fleet of container vehicles.
Previous experience as a Head of Operations, Site Manager, General Manager, or Depot Manager is essential.
The salary for this position is negotiable, typically ranging from 60,000 to 70,000, depending on experience.

Working with a growing and expanding Container Logistics business, I are recruiting for a Heads of Operations to lead and motivate the site and staff.

Managing a team of drivers, some office staff and some transport planners, you will be an experienced leader with a track record of managing P&L and budgets. managing a fleet and also growing an operation.

Due to the necessity of expereince planning a fleet of container vehicles, you must hold a Management CPC to enable you to run the O'License.

Salary negotiable depending on experience, around 60-70k
