One of the UK’s largest maritime intermodal logistics operators is seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join their busy team. The company has locations across Europe and the UK.

You will be working closely with the BDM’s across the regions as well as the Account Managers.

The Role

  • · Handle customer communications promptly and professionally
  •   Quoting rates to warm leads when needed
  • · Build strong relationships with customers and internal departments
  • · Manage daily customer activities according to company standards
  • · Meet business targets and identify sales opportunities
  • · Share market trends and new business leads with relevant teams
  • · Work with Pricing department to create customer incentives
  • · Maintain high standards of customer care and communication
  • · Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of all services
  • · Maintain data integrity in IT systems
  • · Create rate quotes and update customer information as needed
  • · Prepare and distribute required reports
  • · Be the main daily contact for customers.
