We’re on the hunt for a Trailer Fleet Maintenance Controller to join a fast-paced, busy office environment and take the reins of a thriving fleet.
What You’ll Do:In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of services, MOTs, and vehicle hires, with responsibilities including:
- Keeping track of maintenance compliance, inspection reports, and administration
- Managing records and creating detailed fleet files
- Scheduling maintenance work and liaising with contractors to ensure smooth operations
- Handling servicing, MOT bookings, and roadside breakdown coordination
- Building relationships with customers and suppliers both face-to-face and over the phone
- Answering queries via email and phone

- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Confidence in dealing with suppliers, workshops, and contractors
