- An established and ambitious independent Estate Agency are now looking for a multi skilled Estate Agent with strong selling and closing skills.
Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator- Scope:
- You will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Sales in your area.
- You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.
- You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.
Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator - Key objectives:
- Sales of residential properties
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Prospecting for market appraisals, viewings and cross-sales
Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator- Remuneration:
- £18,000 - £20,000 Basic Salary, commensurate with experience
- Company Car or £2,400 per annum car allowance
- £30,000 - £32,000+ On Target Earnings
- A valid UK driving licence is essential for this role
