Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting property viewings
  • Arranging and carrying out valuations (when required)
  • Negotiating offers effectively
  • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the property market and trends
  • Generating new leads and business opportunities
  • Maintaining a well-presented and confident professional image
  • Communicating effectively both in writing and verbally

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

  • A highly motivated and driven approach
  • At least 12 months of recent experience in estate agency
  • Proven ability to generate new leads
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A solid understanding of the Ipswich property market
