A leading freight forwarding business are searching for a Pricing Coordinator to work in their fast paced head office.
Role:
Within the pricing team you will be responsible for the daily support of Pricing Manager and Network ensuring all customer pricing enquiries are dealt with this will include quotations and billing queries and reporting
- Providing pricing & ad-hoc rates to overseas partners, offices and BDM's
- Quoting on all shipments and tenders
- Reporting on quote trends and statistics and won shipments
- Supporting the sales teams with pricing and administration
- Create and maintain a pricing tool
- Inform departments of pricing updates, ensuring all the systems are updated (CArgoWise-1, WWICs)
- Action any errors to ensure all pricing is correct
- Identify and transfer sales leads to the sales team
- issue quotations and record on customer accounts
- Complete the pricing strategy for local and international Tender accounts
- Ad-hoc duties
Your Experience:
- Experience within the Logistics / Freight forwarding industry
- Good knowledge of Freight forwarding products (Sea, Air & Road)
- High level of Excel
