The successful candidate will oversee operations, lead a diverse team, and enhance service delivery while managing both hard and soft services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading an on-site team and service partners to deliver high-quality customer and stakeholder value.
  • Liaising with occupiers, local authorities, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring Health & Safety and Environmental Management compliance.
  • Managing service charge budgeting and financial compliance.
  • Overseeing estate operations, including security, emergency planning, and maintenance.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and safety regulations.
  • Maintaining relationships with occupiers and fostering collaboration to support sustainability goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with an IOSH certification being necessary. They will also be expected to manage staff performance and ensure the highest standards of service are upheld.
