Job Title: Airport Services & Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Airport Services & Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team at London Heathrow Airport. In this role, you'll be the face of our customer service team, providing essential support to passengers and crew members during irregular operations, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Welcome and Support Passengers & Crews: Provide exceptional care when flight disruptions occur, ensuring passengers and crew members receive the assistance they need.
  • Deliver Passenger and Crew Care: Use empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Daily Operations Support: Manage internal reporting, briefings with carriers and handlers, and perform various day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations at the airport.
Working Hours

This role requires flexibility with two shifts per day to provide 24/7 support for airport and transportation operations. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, directly assisting airlines and handlers whenever required.

About You
