A client is seeking an experienced customer services & operations clerk for their Heathrow courier/express division.
The role involves working on a rotating shift pattern from Monday to Friday with hours varying between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Candidates must be confident in using Microsoft Excel and have experience in customer service operations.
Duties include taking bookings, arranging shipments, updating customers, liaising with teams, and entering jobs into the system.
A full 5-year checkable work history is required, and a DBS check will be conducted on the successful candidate.

NEW VACANCY - Our client is looking for a bright, experienced customer services & operations clerk to jpoin their Heathrow courier / Express division.

You will be working on a rotating shift pattern of:

Monday - Friday - 9.00AM -18.00PM / 8.00AM -17.00PM / 7.00AM - 16.00PM - DAYS

You must have experience in using and be confident using Microsoft Excel

Duties include:

- Taking bookings via telephone and email

- Arranging courier / express shipments

- Updating customers

- Liaising with transport & warehouse team

- Entering jobs into system

You must have a full 5 year checkable work history and a DBS check will be carried out on the successful candidate.
