Customer Service Executive

Our client based in lovely offices in Feltham are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team.

The Customer Service department sits at the heart of their business, delivering a first class service to their customers.

The role will involve:

  • Being a primary contact for customers.
  • Taking and processing customer orders.
  • Query resolution.
  • Sales support to members of the sales team.
  • Ad hoc projects.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have previous experience of customer service
  • Be reliable and conscientious, with the ability to take ownership of issues.
  • Have good data entry skills, along with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Have strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Be self motivated and an ability to work under pressure.
  • Have assured skills in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Have a willingness to learn.
