We are seeking a candidate for a training services company focused on the airport and logistics industry.
The position requires working Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
Responsibilities include taking course bookings, sending log-in information, issuing training certificates, and managing client details.
Candidates must have previous experience in a similar role and customer service, with a focus on building client relationships.
The salary for this position is competitive, and only applicants with relevant experience will be contacted.

We are recruiting for a company that provide training services to the airport and logistics industry. You will be working Monday - Friday 9.30am - 14.30pm.

The role will be to take bookings on courses, send clients log in information and course details, issue training certificates and enter details into client base. You will be confident on the phone and have the ability to build relationships with clients around the airport and cross sell other training courses.

You will use the data base to contact customers who have training courses due and call them to see if you can get them booked in for courses. The role involves alot of admin and speaking to clients regularly on the phone and via email.

Previous experience working within a similar role and customer services is required.
