In this role, you’ll use your Team-Teach skills to support SEN students, helping them overcome challenges and thrive in their learning. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support to SEN students, using your Team-Teach techniques to manage behaviour in a positive way
  • Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging learning programs tailored to students’ individual needs
  • Support students in building positive behaviours, enhancing their social and emotional growth
  • Help create a safe and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued
  • Assist in personal care and day-to-day activities to ensure students’ needs are fully met
  • Collaborate with a passionate team to ensure the best possible outcomes for every student

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Team-Teach trained
  • Experience supporting SEN students is a plus, but not essential
  • A proactive, energetic, and patient approach to working with children
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm and manage challenging situations with a positive mindset
  • A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of SEN students
