Job Title: Team-Teach Teaching Assistant

About the Role:

We’re looking for an energetic and compassionate Team-Teach Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team! In this role, you’ll use your Team-Teach skills to support SEN students, helping them overcome challenges and thrive in their learning. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support to SEN students, using your Team-Teach techniques to manage behaviour in a positive way
- Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging learning programs tailored to students’ individual needs
- Support students in building positive behaviours, enhancing their social and emotional growth
- Help create a safe and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued
- Assist in personal care and day-to-day activities to ensure students’ needs are fully met
- Collaborate with a passionate team to ensure the best possible outcomes for every student
Who We’re Looking For:
- Team-Teach trained
- Experience supporting SEN students is a plus, but not essential
- A proactive, energetic, and patient approach to working with children
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and manage challenging situations with a positive mindset
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of SEN students

Hours: 08:30 to 15:45 - Mon to Fri
