The Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience.
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
Reporting to:Â Managing Director / General Manager
- Performing secretarial work and providing senior managers with day-to-day administrative support as needed
- Acting as the first point of contact for callers, handling emails and phone calls
- Managing the diary for the Managing Director and organizing meetings and appointments (both business and personal).
- Demonstrating outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Multitasking and prioritizing daily workload effectively
- Exhibiting excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation (national and international)
- Organizing events and exhibitions
- Preparing communications on the employer’s behalf, such as documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintaining records, databases, and filing systems
- Proficiency in MS Office and English.
FTE £30,000 - £33,000Â
Part Time hours to be discussed.
