Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Part-Time (Location: Feltham)

We are seeking an experienced CFO to join a growing multi-academy trust, which recently expanded with the opening of a second school. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with experience in school finance, and they will work closely with the trusts leadership team. This is a part-time role, ideally 3 days per week, with flexibility for 1 day working from home.

Contract Type: Part-Time (3 days/week)
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 (full-time equivalent, negotiable for an exceptional candidate)

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Experienced in school finance or managing financial operations in an educational setting.
  • Skilled in financial management and strategic planning.
  • An effective communicator with strong leadership abilities.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with senior leadership teams.
  • Able to work 2 days in the office and 1 day from home, maintaining a strong connection with the leadership team.
