My client is a well-established freight forwarder seeking an experienced Import Clerk to join their expanding team.
The role involves handling air imports from start to finish, monitoring ETAs, and booking shipments with the customer service team.
Candidates must have previous imports experience and will be responsible for customs entries, quotations, and liaising with airlines.
The position offers a salary of £26,000 per year and requires at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Working hours are structured as 4 days on and 4 days off, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

My client is a well established, busy freight forwarder looking for an experienced Import Clerk to join their expanding team!

Daily duties include:

Handling air imports from start - finish
Monitoring ETA's f incoming shipments
Booking in shipments from pre-alerts working with the customer service team
Creating ETSF records and maintain the ETSF paperwork
Handling key accounts
Completing customs entries
Quotations
Arranging collections and deliveries
Liaising with airlines

Working hours:

4 on 4 OFF DAYS 7.00am-19.00pm
