Sonic Summary

Freightserve recruitment is seeking an AOG Express Operator for a busy Freight Forwarder located in the Heathrow area.
The role involves handling AOG and time-sensitive shipments, completing export documentation, and liaising with airlines and transport companies.
Candidates must have air import or export experience, be able to work under pressure, and provide excellent customer service.
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and offers a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per year.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30, with flexibility needed for additional hours.

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a AOG Express Operator for a busy Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Heathrow area.

Role & Responsibilities:

Handling all AOG and Time Sensitive shipments (Start to finish)
Completing all Export documentation (MAWB's and HAWB's)
Completing customs entries (Export and Imports)
Dealing with post flights
Liaising with Airlines and Transport companies
Dealing with all Pre-alerts

Required experience:-

Air Import or Export experience
Must be able to work under pressure & tight deadlines
Team player
Customer Service (Highest level)
Good time keeping / Attendance
Ideally car driver

Working hours are Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730 (Must be flexible to cover other hours when needed)
