Job Overview:

As an Air Import Coordinator, you'll manage the import of goods via air, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, customs, and internal teams to oversee the entire process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Customs Clearance:

  • Ensure shipments are cleared through the Customs Declaration Service (CDS), following all customs regulations.

Document Management:

  • Review and prepare all necessary import documentation for compliance.

Shipment Tracking:

  • Monitor shipment progress and provide regular updates to all relevant parties.

Client and Supplier Communication:

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and suppliers throughout the entire shipment process.

Problem-Solving:

  • Resolve shipment issues and delays, ensuring excellent customer service is maintained.

Data Management:

  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments.

Client Support:

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates on shipment status.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth operations.
