Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Import Management: Handle airfreight imports from start to finish, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Origin Coordination: Arrange shipments with overseas agents and suppliers.
- Customs Clearance: Coordinate customs clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Delivery Coordination: Arrange delivery of shipments to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of airfreight import processes and procedures.
- Excellent customs clearance knowledge and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
