Description

  • Manage the daily transport operations, coordinating schedules, route planning, and ensuring timely deliveries across international locations.
  • Act as a key point of contact for drivers, clients, and suppliers, facilitating seamless communication to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Maintain precise records of all transport activities, from delivery schedules to vehicle maintenance logs, ensuring full compliance with global standards.
  • Resolve transport-related queries, troubleshoot operational issues, and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Assist with invoicing, cost tracking, and identifying opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
  • Ensure that all fleet operations are aligned with legal and safety regulations, across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Contribute to the reporting and analysis of transport operations, identifying areas for process improvement.

Profile

  • A proven track record in administrative roles, particularly in logistics, transport, or supply chain management.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with international stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for tracking data and preparing reports.
  • A proactive mindset, able to anticipate challenges and resolve them effectively.
  • A solid understanding of transport regulations and industry best practices is highly desirable.
  • Ideally have an understanding of compliance for road transportation vehicles
