Bodyshop Manager - Leading Bodyshop, £45,000 to £65,000 per annum, negotiable dependant on experience and skill level.
Full Time. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role essential.
Our client is one of the South East's leading accident repair centres based on the Middlesex & Greater London borders in Hanworth.
They are currently actively recruiting for an Bodyshop Manager for their always expanding group of bodyshops.
Required Skills:
- Managing work through workshop
- Overseeing efficiencies
- Overseeing VDA’s Estimates both Insurance and Private on Audatex
- Pushing up and selling services
- Discussing repairs with customers/engineers
- Quality control
- Updating online systems for insurance companies
- Updating work providers on progress of repairs via phone
- Adding images to EMACS and Audatex
- Ensuring all SLAs are met
- Dealing with supplementary estimates with engineers and VDA’s
- Dealing with engineer phone enquiries
- Basic HR understanding
- Basic Health and Safety monitoring
- Ability to deal with any complaints
Must be well presented with good communication skills and management skills. Role has lots of potential.
Bodyshop is BS10125 certified, and manufacturer approved with Ford, Nissan, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Vauxhall, Chrysler, Peugeot, Citroen, Hyundai and Suzuki.
