We are recruiting for a projecs administrator to join our client who offer facilities & engineering services to the Heathrow and London areas.
You will be working within a small admin team but supporting a lareg team of engineers wuthin the business to assist in handling projects and carryoing out duties such as:
- Planning works / on site meetings for clients
- Liaising with engineers and discussing jobs / work load
- Deaing with engineers reports
- Gaining quotes from suppliers / ordering parts
- Applying for relevant permits for the work to be carried out
- General admin
Hours are Monday - Friday 7.00am - 16.00pm
