Sonic Summary

We are seeking an Aerospace Freight Supervisor to manage import and export operations with a hands-on approach.
The role involves supervising airfreight processes, handling documentation, and maintaining customer standard operating procedures.
Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of aerospace and ideally experience with Cargowise.
The position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and offers a salary of $70,000 per year.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

NEW POSITION - We are recruiting for an AEROSPACE Freight Supervisor for operations to oversee and manage import and exports

Duties include:

Supervise all Airfreight with a hands-on approach at various stages and from start to finish
Import and Exports documentation from start to finish
Creating and maintaining customer standard operating procedures
Having ownership and taking accountability to support the team in delivering operational excellence
Ensuring that customer service is maintained at a high level
Ensuring timely and accurate freighting and invoicing
Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with suppliers, airlines & overseas partners/agents

Skills required:

In depth knowledge of Aerospace
Cargowise experience is desired
Good decision maker Good organisation and ability to prioritise with team and meet deadlines
Works well under pressure Monday to Friday 9.00-17.30pm
