Job description

Bramah HR is recruiting for a Human Resources Business Partner to join one of our brilliant clients based close to Feltham. In this role you will play a crucial part in supporting the HR Director within the organisation. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support to achieve organisational goals and to ensure business compliance.

Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to understand and address HR-related needs- Implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives while ensuring the business remains compliant with up to date legislation- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development- Utilise HR systems for data analysis and reporting, whilst ensuring data is accurate and up to date- Support recruitment activities by leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)- Communicate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives effectively across the organisation whilst ensuring these are relevant, up to date and support with ensuring compliance

Experience

- Previous experience in a Human Resources role is essential- Proficiency in HRIS systems- Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and trends- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
