- Manage and develop relationships with accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions to clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives and provide insights and recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Drive retention and upselling opportunities to increase revenue.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on account status, performance metrics, and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Handle negotiations, ensuring timely delivery of services.

- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts in an environment.
- Experience in offering quotations/pricing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in team leadership and supervisory skills
- Must be based within a commutable distance of Hounslow
(Senior Account Manager) - Position Remuneration
- Starting salary of 35,000
- Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
- Company Pension
- 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (28 days in total)
