Geography Teacher

An outstanding academy based in Feltham, Hounslow are looking for a full time Geography teacher to join their ambitious and hard working team.

School are looking for someone to start on a permanent contract.

This position is full time. Working hours are from 8:30am to 3:30pm.

Salary will match outer London MPS/UPS.

School has available parking spaces.

Geography Teacher :

Design and deliver well-organized lessons that are tailored to students' abilities and align with the curriculum.
Support students in developing High Performance Learning skills in accordance with the school's values and mission.
Ensure the classroom environment is engaging and conducive to learning.
Foster enthusiasm for the subject matter and motivate all students to reach their full potential.
Collaborate with the Head of Department and Learning Support when addressing students with special educational needs, and work with the form tutor and Head of House if a student faces pastoral challenges.

Qualifications and Person Specification:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
A relevant degree
Excellent subject knowledge with the ability to inspire and motivate students
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Approachable and encouraging
