About the Role:

• Teach Religious Education at Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and potentially Key Stage 5.
• Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that encourage students to explore and understand diverse religious beliefs, practices, and ethical issues.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and help students reach their full potential.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment with effective classroom management.
• Take on standard teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking, and attending staff meetings.

About You:

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or be in the process of obtaining it.
• A genuine passion for teaching Religious Education and fostering students' understanding of world religions and ethics.
• Experience in teaching Religious Education at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (Key Stage 5 experience is desirable but not essential).
• A positive and proactive approach to classroom management and lesson delivery.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.
