In this role, youll teach vocational Barista and Hospitality courses from Entry Level to Level 3, giving learners practical, real-world skills they can carry into employment. Youll work with small class sizes, providing tailored support, building confidence, and making a positive difference in their lives.
Your role will also involve planning engaging lessons, developing learning materials, supporting learners one-on-one and in groups, and contributing to curriculum design alongside a wider supportive team.
Youll need to be occupationally competent in hospitality or barista work and hold a recognised teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, QTLS or equivalent).
