Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching of Business, Economics, and Vocational (BTEC & T-Level) courses to KS4 & KS5 students.
- Experience in developing and delivering BTEC business at L3 and L2 qualifications.
- Create engaging curriculum materials and adapt teaching strategies to suit all learners.
- Foster an inclusive, respectful, and motivating classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, pastoral teams, and external partners to support student success.
- Play an active role in the wider school community, including enrichment opportunities and pastoral support.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Holds a relevant first degree and QTS.
- Strong subject knowledge with the ability to teach Business & Economics at A-Level, BTEC, and T-Level Management & Administration.
- Experience delivering vocational qualifications (BTEC/T-Level) and contributing to curriculum development.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
